The perfect top to dress up or down, especially for our teachers. It has ruching on sleeves, and small puffed sleeves at shoulders. It is a mesh top and will need to be layered. We paired our Letter Blouse with our matching Skirt, you can pair with heels or sneakers… but either way we are OBSESSED!
